Really peaceful neighborhood and house which is exactly what we needed. The king bed was really comfortable to me as the firmness was practically perfect to what I like. Clean house, comfortable furniture making you feel right at home. We didn’t use the pool due to our own circumstances, but walked out there and it was a nice view. Really responsive host, was always on top of it. Would definitely stay again.

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place. It might as well be on the beach how close it is. The perfect place to stay if you plan on staying close to the beach and the host were great

We loved the location of this home as it is 3 blocks away from the beautiful Jax beach and is also near many fab restaurants! The game tables in the garage are super fun as well as the mini golf out by the pool - entertained our kiddos for quite some time!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My family and I were headed to a cruise in Port Canaveral but wanted to stay in Jacksonville for a layover! Perfect location, close to lots of gas stations, restaurants, etc…, The patio, excellent!! We wanted to light the a fire but we decided not to since we weren’t staying long but we’ll be back, hopefully for a full weekend! Thomas was helpful and quick with the responses! Thank you! I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

Gorgeous first-floor of a house just steps from American Beach! Very modern and updated. Beautiful kitchen and communal space. Great for a group!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

A complete, comfortable house, close to the market, pharmacy and convenience stores. I will definitely want to stay in the same house when I return to Jacksonville.

Me encantó el alojamiento, inclusive extendimos la estadía. La casa es divina, las camas son muy cómodas, y el patio es muy grande. Karen solucionó todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos por ejemplo no había aspiradora y ella envió una nueva. Volvieria a quedarme en este alojamiento sin dudas. Lo único que no sabíamos es que la piscina no es climatizada, pero por suerte hace calor así que se puede usar
