The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

It's on the lower level of an owner-occupied home (I live on the other side of the house). The patio borders a wooded area surrounded by lush, green landscaping. Wi-Fi with free Netflix and Amazon Prime. New window air conditioner. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Super clean, private, and well-maintained.
