Welcome to our country church by the beach. Get the benefit of being just minutes from the beach yet the privacy of seeing stars at night in a woodsy setting. You'll be able to sit on your private patio at night with a fire under the string lights. Try our favorite ice cream shop down the street or a short drive to downtown Wakefield. Take the morning to surf & the afternoon to lay on the beautiful beaches. This apartment is perfect for families or small groups. Easily accessible on one level.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

This light filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The apartment has a private entrance with parking and a private porch. The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.
