A Magical Stay in the Heart of Pamporovo – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Joseph’s Luxury Villa in the Pines was simply amazing! From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

Herşey kusursuzdu. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Sorduğum tüm sorulara hızlı yanıt verildi. Çözüm odaklıydı. Çocuğum için keyifli bir evdi oyun parkı vardı güvenli ve huzurluydu. Evde çocuk yatağı mevcuttu. Tek sıkıntı bulaşık makinası yoktu ve tabaklar bardaklar biraz kirliydi. Onun dışında heryer pırıl pırıldı. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Otopark sıkıntısı yoktu. BİLLA marketle yanyanaydı. Ulaşım çok kolaydı. Tekrar geldiğimde kalacağım bir yer. Çok memnun kaldık. Çok keyif aldık. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Maria was very friendly, we have asked if it is OK to bring our dog. She tried to arrange it with the hotel, but it turned out they don’t allow dogs. The important thing is she tried to make it happen and we appreciate that 🙏 The place was exactly like on the photos. Very clean, cozy and comfy. We had dinner every night in the restaurant of the hotel and the food was very good. The breakfast in my opinion was overpriced. The location is very close to an eco trail - Smolyan lakes, which was very peaceful and beautiful. The area around Smolyan has amazing see-sights and we totally recommend. A lot of the places are OK to visit with kids, we are with a 6 year old.

We stayed here with 3 children for our skiing holiday over Xmas and new year. The apartment was better than expected, photos do not do this place justice, the views are phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again. It was a short ride in a taxi to the ski resort as we had 3 small children but you could walk it if you wanted to. Highly recommend!

Тих и уютен апартамент. Добра комуникация с хазяите. Абсолютен бонус за мен бе големия прозорец, гледащ към цъфтяща в моя престой липа и ясен. С удоволствие бих го ползвала пак.

Апартаментът беше чудесен – просторен, чист и напълно оборудван. Домакинът беше много любезен и отзивчив, което направи престоя още по-приятен. С удоволствие бих отседнал отново!
