Ali's place is situated a the perfect location inside the old city , I felt like I was living in history while I stayed at his place. The apartment is just 5 mins walk to main spot of old city, nizami street and see front. House was comfortable studio apartment and had everything required for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend his place. Thanks Ali for hosting me

Staying with them was the best decision, everything was on point and he was very responsive throughout the stay. Location was right in the centre and beyond expectation! Highly recommended. Unfortunately I can’t meet them but I am sure they were actually good because of the clean surroundings and clean house. I will definitely stay with them whenever I visit Baku ✨

we had an amazing stay at Elchin's place for the Baku grand prix. it had everything we wanted and needed, right on the track and pretty close to our grandstand. Baku was in a bit of chaos because of all the road closures but Elchin helped us out immensely, got us some food for the fridge and made sure we were ok. comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure and aircon. what more could we need! We will definitely stay here again when back in Baku!

Adil is a wonderful host! from check in to check out he was very helpful and responsive! Helped us navigate our stay registration and provided great recommendations! The apartment is pretty great! the kitchen is well stocked! nice balcony! we got to see the spring coming in everyday, which was a great experience! everything you need for a peacefull stay in Baku!

The owner is very accommodating and the location of the property is very near the old city and very accessible for a tourist. Although the bldg is old tge Unit is very clean, private and safe. Planning to book again for my next trip to Azerbaijan. 🇦🇿

Огромная благодарность Севиндж и Искандеру за замечательную квартиру. В течение всего времени подготовки к поездке Севиндж помогала с советами, спрашивала про наши пожелания по квартире. Искандер встретил нас, все подроно объяснил и также дал несколько полезных советов. Квартира расположена идеально, рядом остановка шатла из аэропорта, вокзал, метро, автобусная станция. В шаговой доступности большой супермаркет в торговом центре. Обязательно попробуйте кутабы, которые готовят рядом с аркой дома. Квартира идеально чистая и обставлена со вкусом, и в ней очень тепло(наше путешествие было в ноябре). В гостинной большой современный телевизор со множеством каналом( в том числе русских). Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Хорошее белье и полотенец в достаточном количестве. На кухне есть все необходимое, все приборы работают исправно. Мы провели чудесные каникулы и с удовольствием рекомендуем квартиру .

Мы останавливались здесь с 24 апреля по 2 мая. В доме жили две семьи, 7 человек. Места хватило всем. Очень уютный дворик, есть мангал, даже самовар принесли) Мебель не новая, но дома очень чисто и аккуратно. До моря мин 7. До Баку 25 мин на такси, 10 манат примерно. Спасибо за чудесный отдых!

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!
