Had a wonderful stay. Well worth the short drive. Comfortable with many amenities. High end appliances, well stocked pantry and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The porch was my favorite spot to relax and there is a walking path with bench seating to enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.

Great place! Very clean and comfortable!

The location, amenities, and layout of this home fit our needs perfectly. Master suite with king size bed and on suite full bath on one end and the other two bedrooms and full bath at other end. We held a family reunion with folks returning to the home at different times so this was ideal. Clean, well-stocked, covered parking available (no storms or hail for us, but it’s reassuring to have this). Very clear communication and instructions. Thank you very much!

This place was everything my family and friends needed for a weekend to get together. Between the sea themed decor to the outdoor views. It was perfect. Anita is very kind and made sure we all felt welcomed! It was perfect place for us adults to relax and the kids to play and have fun. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommend

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

Ericka was a great host, addressed a concern with the lock quickly! Very kind and accommodating throughout the whole booking and stay process! Kaci is a great host! The location worked great for us and we are appreciative that we could have our fur babies with us. The house is just as described. While there is only one bathroom, it is big so we were both able to get ready at the same time. We will definitely check to see if this one is available next time we go to HC.
