Cozy and beautiful space! The property is so pretty and well kept. I don’t feel the pictures even do it justice! Water view. Everything you could need in this guest house. Debra was great and easy to communicate with! The Wave transportation was closed in madaket during the off season (we came last weekend of September. It was open in other parts of the island) so we took cabs most places, which is pricey. Not many Ubers to be found at this part of island on off season, so cabs were our best bet! Great stay and would love to come back!

We had an excellent girl's trip staying at Nell's! The location can't be beat (especially if you don't have a car on the island) and it is less than a 10 minute walk into town. We also loved the outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. We enjoyed spending lots of time on the dock fishing, sunning and enjoying the birds and other wildlife. The kayaks and paddle board were great for cruising around the pond or venturing out to Waquoit Bay. The home is also very close to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely like to stay here again. Highly recommend this home.

What a perfect cottage for a long weekend! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well decorated it was. The bed was extremely comfortable. The backyard was set up for several areas to hang out. Plenty of shade and sun. I enjoyed watching the boats drive-by throughout the day. It was a quiet road. I’m very peaceful. I will definitely come again !!!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tim's place. The home was spacious, clean, and we felt at home when we walked in the door. We spent every evening in the screened in room discussing our outing from the day and deciding what time we needed to get up to go on our adventure the next day. I would highly recommend Tim's place and plan to share my trip with another group of friends and hopefully return for another visit.

This is the second time my family and I have rented this home. You just can’t beat the back porch water views or the close proximity to the beach and downtown Falmouth. 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s home! We were three families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The older kids loved having the basement to themselves and the bunk beds upstairs made it so the younger kids didn’t feel left out. The yard and walk to the inlet were lovely. We were able to cook many of our meals easily and enjoy them on the porch. We felt like the location was great, 5 minute drive to the beach in Falmouth and 10 minutes to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The brewery one mile from the house was a perfect place for dinner. We would love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

This home was beautiful! My family and I came for Easter, there was plenty of room for the teens to spread out in the guesthouse and for all of us to be together in the main house. We enjoyed being right on the water, and we would walk into town every morning for coffee. Highly recommend it! Leah was super helpful with ideas of what to do as we came in the off season. Hope to be back!

Erika was an excellent host. She communicated often and provided recommendations for things to do in the area. She was very responsive when we had questions as well. Her house is on a dead end road, and was very quiet. The house was clean and decorated well. It was a great place to visit. I would certainly recommend it.

Steve was wonderful and quick with communication. The house was perfect for us size wise and location for everywhere we wanted to visit. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again. Thank you Steve.

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

I have been going to Nantucket for 30+ years. We always stayed in Surfside but you definitely need a car if You are that far out. We decided in town would be better since we weren’t bringing a car and this spot was perfect. We could walk to shops and restaurants so it worked out great. The house was cozy and had everything we needed for our vacation. Super clean and comfortable. The back deck setting is beautiful. Loved being close to Hatches and Cumberland Farms for ice Cream runs. Would definitely book again.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

This property was in a perfect location without a vehicle. It was lovely and exactly as described.

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)
