Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor. We do not allow pets at our cottage.

Central location is walkable to downtown, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and night clubs.Close to a couple of bus stations taking you to all parts of the island.

The modest upstairs expands to a basement with a large living area, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The large deck is equipped for dining or entertaining. It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

Derrymore Place - an island gem

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Enjoy spacious, bright and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with pull out sofa, outdoor shower, oversized deck with fire pit and beautiful side yard! The Deck is my favorite place to hang out when the weather is great. Enjoy outdoor shower in the sun! Great location-near the airport, restaurants, parks, trails, shopping and only couple miles away from the beach. Get immersed in the beauty and serenity of the island. I call Nantucket is my Happy Place. So make this island Your Happy Place!

Center located, spacious villa 1 mile to town

Our center island home is tucked away on quiet Roberts Lane. Take notice to the many woodworking details in our proud "Great Room" with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and stairs leading to the 2nd floor sleeping quarters. Enjoy the grill and dining area outside on our spacious red brick patio or relax with a book under the veranda listening to the birds or crickets sing. Detached from the main house we have a garage apartment where we rent to a friendly, quiet, full-time teacher.

Welcome to Our Charming Coastal Chic Cottage, convenient mid island, is great for a family with kids or a small group of friends. Close to town, restaurants, and beaches! Spend the day at the beach, then come home and relax in our spacious back yard and take a refreshing outdoor shower. Back yard is great for dining, BBQs and entertaining. 1.5 miles to Straight Wharf (Down Town) Short bike ride to Surfside & Miacomet beach or Cisco Brewery and Bartlett farms-great place for lunch.

The Crecca Cottage

The Crecca house has been in our family for 40+ years. Lots of memories here and we hope you'll add to them! Summer 2021 availability will be listed on January 15, 2021. Pocomo is a magnificent section of the Island. The wind at the point has attracted kite surfers and sailors from near and far. You will hear the nearby fog horns, seagulls, and can enjoy splendid sunsets at the Point just down the road. Being outside of town lets you see beautiful starlit nights!

Located mid-island on the local NRTA route you can be in the heart of town in just a few minutes, or jump off a couple stops away and head to Cisco brewery. Bike routes and walking trails are across the street allowing guests to access to all Nantucket has to offer.
