We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Great apartment. Close to the beach and great restaurants, but also quiet and peaceful. Slept better here than I do at home.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

This was going to be our second time staying at Anne’s beautiful Air BnB. Unfortunately issues at the building the day we were due to check in required Anne to cancel our stay. This is still an all five-star rating because Anne was fast to communicate the problem. She even contacted another host to put an alternative place on hold for us while we decided what to do. At each step of the way Anne was wonderfully responsive. While it was not an ideal situation, knowing Anne was available to take our calls and answer our questions while we worked to pivot took away the stress of losing your planned getaway spot. We decided not to stay at the alternative spot, but I commend Anne for having a place on hold. It allowed us to take the time to look and consider all options, which removed any and all frustration that could have easily colored the day and our weekend. We plan to return sometime in the future.

This is a beautiful hose in a perfect location - walkable to downtown, the Wellfleet town pier and Mayo Beach. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which had a great modern kitchen and a good size living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable and having linens was a bonus. We have a family home in Wellfleet and had guests in from Europe which prompted the need for our stay. Honestly after all the years that we have been here, I never knew this place existed. It blends right in with other beautiful houses that surround it. And had I knew it was there, I would have recommended it to any of the friends and family traveling through the area. Highly recommended!!!

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Patty’s house is in such a special, peaceful place. The walk to the beach is GORGEOUS and the beach is private and beautiful. I saw seals in the surf just a few yards away, it was so lovely. It really is a sanctuary and I’d definitely go back. Also, Patty was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!

Renee’s house is absolutely perfect! It is directly on a beautiful private beach, and is close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the Dennis area. The house is equipped with anything you would need for a stay on the water: kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, a water mat, outdoor showers, extra towels and a fire pit on a well-decorated finished patio. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during the first Nor’Easter of the season and were not able to use these, but rest assured we still had a GREAT stay. The house itself is immaculate: spotless and stylish, brand new appliances, spacious enough for a 6 adult family and all in all a great place to spend a cozy weekend inside. Given we could not sit at the beach, we leveraged Renee’s plentiful local recommendations and they were fantastic- we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a getaway on the water, you will love her place regardless of the weather. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family!

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

Gorgeous house and location. The beach is beautiful and literally steps away. Kitchen and downstairs bath, both decks, and grill area were outstanding. Views are beautiful. Restaurants in the area are delicious. Hosts are welcoming and responsive.

Heathers condo was great and so close to ocean / beach. Would love to stay again during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer.

The perfect private piece of Cape Cod paradise in Chatham! Now our second time staying at Paul's place and we will be back every year. Steps to a private beach great for walking, sunrises and sunsets, watching the sea birds and kids looking for sea creatures in the tide pools. Walking distance to Main Street or a very fast drive. An osprey lover's dream with multiple nesting pairs yards away to enjoy. We dream of going back all the time. Thanks for sharing your space with our family year after year!

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
