Only a handful of homes can claim views and close proximity to Katama Bay like ours. Just walk down the yard and with a few extra steps you are at the bay. Birds come and go all day from the tidal pond in front of the house. Shaded sitting area, deck, sunsets over the Vineyard. You'll never forget the enclosed outdoor shower. Be sure you are ok with the Chappy ferry

Located in Tom Nevers, about 15 min drive from town, but walking distance to the best beaches on the island, and 5 min drive to Sconset (store, 3 restaurants). We call our home "Pinch Me" because it's our dream house, so we expect guests to treat it as we would: with respect and care. Heated lap pool, and outdoor grill/stone patio. We have a french bulldog, who is SUPER mellow and basically just sits around looking adorable

Welcome to our Nantucket retreat in Tom Nevers– a lovely, light-filled upside-down house designed to feel comfortable. The home features an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 3 1/2 baths and plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. With room for nine guests, the house offers ocean views, two sunny decks, a patio with a perennial garden, and an outdoor shower. Just a 7-minute walk to the local beach, this is an ideal setting to slow down, settle in, and enjoy island life.

The Cottage is a 2min walk to a secluded beach on the Atlantic Ocean. 5min walk to The Wauwinet Inn (Relais + Chateaux) and its renowned "Toppers" Restaurant overlooking the Wauwinet Bay and beautiful sunsets. Great area for swimming, walking, biking and fishing. Town is a 15min drive, Sconset is 10min drive.
