Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

Beachy House on the edge of Brant Point

Our Beachy house, furnished with a fun, beachy theme is located near Children's Beach, walking distance from the ferry & close to town on the edge of Brant Point. We are less than a block from the harbor & beach, across from White Elephant Hotel and Lola 41. This cute little 3 bedroom house has been renovated & updated with a yard surrounded by hedges, 1 parking spot (small driveway). A small yard offers a grill & outdoor dining for 4. The backdoor off of driveway leads into master bedroom.

Beautiful Custom Nantucket Home

Our custom built home is located on a private, natural and secluded location in the beautiful Fishers Landing neighborhood in Madaket. It is perfect for a family of 4. The home is close to beaches, crabbing, bike paths and Madaket Millies. We have a large private landscaped yard for the kids to play in. We also have a great deck in the back of the house for outdoor dinners, an outdoor shower with and BBQ area. It's a great house in a great spot and we have many happy repeat guests.

In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.

Built in 1850, this Historic 2-bed, 2-bath 1,200 sq. ft. apartment is centrally located right in the middle of downtown Nantucket. Unit also includes a loft area with 2 twin mattresses (Total of 4 beds in the unit). Full kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi, smart TV, central AC, in-unit laundry, linens, and towels. Steps from restaurants, bars, and shops. 3-min walk (0.2 mi) to Hy-Line ferry, 5-min (0.3 mi) to Steamship ferry.

Although most families would want to visit during late spring, summer, or early fall, the property is available throughout the year.
