I recently stayed at this lovely property 9th milyway located just 30 minutes from Trimbakeshwar Temple, and it was an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The place is thoughtfully designed with beautiful interiors that create a calm and cozy atmosphere. The property is well-equipped with all modern amenities, including a fully functional kitchen, good Wi-Fi, TV, and clean RO drinking water along with ample stored water. One of the highlights was the swimming pool and the open shower area – perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural surroundings. Getting there was easy, with well-maintained roads all the way. Overall, this is an ideal getaway spot for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in comfort. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place. We were with couple of families having small children of three years. A great place to be very good swimming pool. Mausi was there to take care of our food and needs. Umesh was always a call away. Will love to go back to this place again soon

Villa was beautifull same as shown in picture..Everything was well organised, all bedrooms were spacious, all washroom were maintained with basic amenities and were tidy. Host was very friendly and helpfull. Overall it was very good experience Thank You !

My stay at the farmhouse was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Everything was just as described, if not better. we had a wonderful stay, made memories that we will cherish forever, we had all our privacy as if we can go dnd at a good vacay, staff was humble and polite and would get us what we need in one go. usp - the jacuzzi bath while star gazing morning garden walk with your partner while you hear bride chirping sunset view From the bedrooms window can go partying to Nashik whenever you want as it's quite near to city over all loved the place and the vibe. staff and caretaker speaks fluent Hindi for all the hindi speakers like myself. Special mention for thr catetaker who took care of all our food needs and cleaned our rooms and made our stay very comfortable. overall a 10/10 would recommend 100% for a nice staycation

I booked this villa for me and my family, this villa is a very beautiful place with amazing pool and a beautiful view from the pool, my family had a great experience at this place, the place is located at a very peaceful area and connected with nature, best place to stay and great host to communicate, thank you for this amazing stay

The place and house are amazing we really had great time. Vijay the caretaker was very helpful and cooperative for every request we did, only problem was the power cut which spoiled our one night and also to reach the place road is not that good. Overall a good experience and had peace full time at the stay. Definitely recommend anyone who needs a peaceful getaway.

The cohost and the caretakers were always responsive and very helpful always responded when needed and made sure to help with anything required. Host also provided early check in and late check out.

Beautiful & well maintained property. We loved it

We were a family of 10 who stayed together for the first time at this beautiful location. Everyone had their own privacy and space.The house and restrooms are nicely designed. Open air all the day round. There is in-house Chef whose food was the highlight of our trip. We had some Amazing hospitality and attentive staff. We never had such pampering experience in any other AirBnB’s we stayed so far. Swimming pool was clean as we are picky about it. Highly recommended.

Good stay, ideal for maximum 6 guests, Atmosphere great. Food options available for Vegetarians as well nearby in restaurant and dhaba.

Place was as described and shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Care taker at the property was very nice and efficient. She made some good home cooked food and kept the property clean. The place is just off the highway and there is a bit of traffic noise and noise from throngs of folks making the trip to Shirdi. But apart from that we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the premises.

The stay was so amazing that all my fellow travellers loved it. One suggestion for the stay is that if they can provide more food options in the menu.

Loved our time at Nitya bungalow….great quiet and secured space with all amenities and close to nature. Loved our walk early morning in the neighborhood and time playing badminton and table tennis within the house.

Place is great. Owner of the place is also good(khandve family), but this place is operated by safron stay they locked the kitchen, even basic crockery, cutlery, example spoon ,fork, glasses are not given and locked in the kitchen for which they are charging us money. It is hard for us to carry basic things from our home. Please do change your policy. we wanted to eat ice cream which we had brought and not even having a spoon to eat. So it is highly preferable that you should plan accordingly and bring spoon plates from home, but I would still give 5 stars because the place is really really really awesome, also it is back waters facing and in mango farm. And finally they have mentioned “near sula wines”-it is 22 kms from sula wines.
