Welcome to our Hillside Oasis! Enjoy your own private spacious coach house with an unbelievable view. One bedroom, one bathroom, hotplate, toaster oven, fridge, pull-out couch, living room, cute little wood burning stove. 5 minute drive to the cove/ferry terminal. Relax on your private patio after visiting the lakes/ beaches, or shopping in the cove. Wifi TV w/Firestick. Queen bed. Note we are a 45 min walk uphill from the ferry. The Chalet - Your home away from home

Our private, pet friendly location (3 acres) is the perfect base for exploring Central VI. Feeling adventurous? You could ski, surf, golf, bike and hike all in one day! If not so ambitious, enjoy a day of sight seeing, exploring local beaches, snuggle up by the fireplace. Or, better yet, grab a blanket and stargaze on the private patio with propane fireplace and roast marshmallows. Whatever you decide to do, 'The Chalet' is the perfect place to unwind and truly let Island Life invite you in.

Each seasons are diff. 3 acres, 2 buildings features 3 private suites w/ individual washrooms & individual entrances with multiple beds in each rooms. Large group kitchen w/ all your needs. Including games room w/ billiard, fooseball, darts & karaoke. This is separated from the suites. Oasis backyard w/ outdoor Sauna Outdoor games, fire pit, bbq. Outdoor loud noise until midnight to respect neighbors. However indoor noise no time limit. Thank you. Shared property but not guests space.

Carriage house on the rock!

Carriage House on the Rock is a two minute walk to Westwood Lake Park that offers world-class mountain bike trails and hiking. A cozy one bedroom carriage house that is fully appointed. A 6km walk around the lake, or if you are feeling adventurous, a 3 hour hike up Mount Benson and its amazing views are nearby. Only three km to downtown, & float planes to Vancouver. Walking distance to VIU, Aquatic Center, and Nanaimo Ice Center. We are centrally located but offer a quiet remote getaway.

Red Barn Rustic Retreat

Come for some private seclusion away from the chaos of the city. This exclusive, stand alone retreat situated on 13.5 secluded acres has all those things city folk are looking for in a getaway. Panoramic ocean and mountain views from several decks, babbling brooks, forest bathing and even a beautiful Japanese Zen garden and fruit orchard. Organic Carina toiletries are also provided. You can bbque looking out over the ocean and mountains. A guaranteed way in which to get away from everything.

West coast gem in the country!

Our guest suite is decorated in welcoming west coast blues with wood accents and beach decor from our travels. A super soft king sized bed is great after exploring our nearby hikes and pubs and the television can be turned in any direction for you to watch Netflix. We are a small country studio with a small hot water tank so if you need a long shower (more than 11 minutes) we might not be right for you. As well, we have 2 heaters, hope that is enough for you, we find it cozy and most love it!

Old City Quarter Miners Cottage

Private small one bedroom miners cottage in quite downtown neighborhood. Close to many amenities, VIU & hospital. Easy walk to the seawall, shopping and many restaurants. The cottage is set in a lovely garden with seating under the gazeboor under the grape arbor. Both hosts John and Marc are artists and have a small show room on the property that we a happy to open if our guests have a desire to see more of our art. Sorry we are unable to accept same day guests.

Emandare Vineyard Guest House, a Restful Haven.

Located on a quiet winding road just minutes from downtown Duncan and situated on a 8.5 acre vineyard and winery that feels like you may be in the middle of nowhere. A fully furnished 950 sq/ft suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very comfortable to accommodate a group of 4 with the added bonus of a pull out to sleep up to 6. Featuring a 400 sq/ft front deck with a BBQ, comfy patio furniture and a large Jacuzzi hot tub right out front of the master bedroom.

Gough Creek Cabin is a timber frame, studio cabin that is nestled in the old-growth rainforests of xwesam (Roberts Creek) on BC's Sunshine Coast. The cabin overlooks a beautiful mossy creek and is located at the gateway to world-class mountain biking, hiking and many villages, cafes and breweries. We are located 20 minutes from Langdale Ferry Terminal, 15 minutes from both Sechelt and Gibsons, and 5 minutes from the lovely Roberts Creek village.

Harbourview Carriage House

Private 1 bedroom carriage house with small view of the ocean (in the summer trees in the park block most of the view) and Chinese Garden. Steps away from harbourfront walkway to downtown. Has full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV (no cable, Netflix etc.), WiFi and electric fireplace. In the summer air conditioner available in the living room. Off street parking and private entrance. A laptop friendly workspace in the living room.
