staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!

Tolle Gastgeber ! Sehr schnelle und einfache Erreichbarkeit, Zimmer war wie beschrieben, haben auf Nachfrage eine zusätzliche Bettdecke bekommen und das Zimmer wurde nochmal gereinigt als wir vorsichtig nachfragten ob es möglich wäre die Dusche nochmal zu putzen. Es gab günstigen Wäsche Service. Gut zu finden, ruhige Lage. Würden immerwieder kommen ! Danke Minh !

This property is clean, beautiful and as per description and photos... The swimming pool is free to use... The house owner also provides bycycle for free.. You also get breakfast for free, which includes a sandwich and a drink... Bed, fridge, TV, sofa and washroom were awesome... Only downside is that you don't get a kitchen at this property... If you want drinking water, you can get it from their kitchen as they have a water purifier... It would be great if the owner can provide a small kitchen and water purifier or clean drinking water in the room... Mua Caves (2 km), Trang An Ferry station (2 km) (boat ride), Hoa Lu old town (5 km) for lantern boat ride and Bai Dinh Pagoda (14 km) are a must visit from the property... Exchange cash at Ha Trung street in Hanoi to get best rate and buy SIM with calling facility (for booking cabs, buses, calling restaurants) from any Viettel company store..Use Grab, Xanh SM for cab, Redbus and 12GoAsia for bus. Bus providers will contact on Whats App..

The bungalow was located in a beautiful, quiet spot. You can rent scooters or bikes directly in the homestay which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful :)

We had an amazing stay at the Amyhouse (probably best accomodation during our trip). Also host recommeded and planned us a perfect trip/tour plan during out short stay at Ninh Binh. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here and I'm looking forward to come back for longer stay in the future :)

Mooi plekje in het midden van Tam Coc maar net van de drukke weg af dus niet te druk. De ruimte was groot en schoon en met een prima ontbijtje er bij.

If you want to enjoy a carefree and pleasant stay in Ninh Binh, this is the place for you. When you enter the homestay, you are greeted by a pleasant floral scent of flowers which grow in the reception area. We were warmly welcomed by our host with small snacks. You immediately feel at home. The host looks after you like a good friend. We didn't have to worry about anything. Whether it was tips for the area or organizing the night bus, she helped us with everything. What's more, the accommodation, which ist part of a small complex of other accomodations, with the pool directly in front of the room feels like an oasis of well-being. The bus station and restaurants are within walking distance. The major sights are just a few minutes away by bicycle. We spontaneously booked one more night. Værten var utrolig sød hjælpsom. Han tilbød fx at køre mig til det nærmeste supermarked. Vi spiste aftensmad sammen og havde nogle hyggelige timer sammen.
