Brian ist ein super Gastgeber und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gab nur keinen ATM in der Nähe. Im März hat man den starken Wind laut in der Wohnung gehört Wir würden wieder kommen. 😊

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An away from the hustle and bustle of old town but still in a walk-able distance from it (about 20 minutes walk) Restaurants and coffee shops that are more for the locals nearby which we love!

왜 평점이 5점이었는지 알 수 있었습니다. 처음에 여러 문제로 숙소가 변경되어 불안했지만, 숙소도 너무 깔끔하고 직원분도 너무 친절하고 조식도 훌륭하고 바베큐도 너무 좋았습니다. 흠잡을데 없는 숙소였습니다. 부모님과 아이들과 함께하는 여행이었는데 모두 만족했습니다. 최고입니다!

This house is very nice. It’s two stories and very private, yet walking distance to the old town shops and restaurants. You can hear the boats going by sometimes but I brought ear plugs and it was fine. The bed is comfortable, there are two full bathrooms with showers plus a large soaking tub. There is a laundry mat next door, you drop your clothes off and they hang them to dry and you pick them up within 24 hours. One time we got them back the same day. There is also a lady next door who can help you make lanterns, she can make a custom breakfast for you as well. One time she even opened up after hours to feed us dinner. Amy with Pao homes met us for check-in and showed us around the house and was helpful in recommending things to do and also arranged rental bicycles for us. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An!

Wir waren 6 Tage in der idyllischen Unterkunft von Huong und Keith. Wir haben die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und den schönen Garten/die Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet (Filteranlage Trinkwasser, Dampfbügelsystem, Spiele, Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine...) Van war eine herausragende Housekeeperin und Huong und Keith hervorragende Gastgeber, die immer schnell mit Tipps und Informationen für all unsere Wünsche unterstützt haben. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

호스트인 클로이는 친절합니다 일하시는 모든 분들이 밝고 친절해서 좋아요 방마다 개별 욕실이 있습니다 방음은 살짝 약한편이고 수영장 관리 잘되어 있습니다 세탁 건조가능하며 호스트에게 문의바랍니다 조식 인당 3달러 이용가능하며 맛있습니다 조식신청하시면 원하는 시간에 아주머니가 오셔서 만들어 주십니다 출장 세프같은 개념입니다ㅎ 엄청 친절하시고 실력이 있으십니다 단점을 굳이 뽑으라면 위치인데 호이안 올드타운까지 약20분소요되며 가격은 10~13만동 나옵니다 마트가 가까운곳에 있으나 비쌉니다 6시 해가지고나서는 가로등이 하나도 없어 깜깜합니다~ 그러나 숙소는 안전하니 걱정마세요~! 다음번에도 호이안에 온다면 재방문하겠습니다

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

호스트는 세심하게 출국전부터 필요한 부분을 잘 챙겨주었으며, 숙소에 머무는 순간에도 계속 잘 지내고 있는지 체크해주며 세심히 배려해주었습니다. 숙소 또한 사진과 같으며 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 특히 30층에 위치해 있어서 전망이 좋았고 필요한 편의시설 또한 다 갖추어져있고, 호스트가 추천해준 쌀국수 식당도 너무 맛있었습니다. w마트와 A동 출입구 사이 골목에 있는 하얀색 건물의 술집 닭연골튀김도 너무 맛있었습니다. 다낭 첫 여행인데 너무 좋은 추억이었습니다. 감사합니다.
