House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

Good spacious house with well done interiors in great surroundings . Hosts are super responsive and helpful.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Its a great stay for friends family and host hosts were super awesome and they were very clear and helpful, looking forward to stay again and its a value for money

Had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s villa in Candolim. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Ricardo was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff, including the service guys and the reception team, were courteous and efficient. Location is excellent—easy access to scooty rentals and close to everything you’d want to explore in North Goa. One of the best stays I've had in India. A cute gesture by the hosts to have clear instructions put up throughout the apartment, and the place is better than the photos. Hosts are very proactive and super precise with instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again. Hasstle free stay. Clean and calm property. Not too far from Dabolim Airport. Well furnished and had all needed amenities. Local shops nearby and Swiggy Zomato delivers right to the doorstep. Complete value for money.
