A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. ‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Stunning Location Close to Lakeside.

My apartment is in a scenic location.Its attached to our house but is completely private and secure.A 500m walk to the lake and to the 4.5km walking track which goes into town following the lake.The beach is a 15 minute drive away.Our national park is a 10 min walk away. Note that Telstra phone reception works the best here, Optus and Vodaphone has limited reception.
