Registration Number: M0270428520 The apartment is situated in Santa Croce district, only a few steps from the lively S.Giacomo da l'Orio Square which is renowned for being one of the most picturesque and popular areas of Venice where locals gather to socialise and gossip. The flat is on the third and last floor of a building located in Corte dei Mercanti, a small and cozy square situated about 10 minutes far from the Rialto Bridge and - going to the opposite direction - only 15 minutes far from Venice S.Lucia railway station. The apartment, recently restored, incorporates the concept of a typical Venetian house which reflects both in the furniture and in its architectural structure. While renovating, attention was paid to recreate and maintain the spirit and atmosphere of the Venetian merchants who livened up this area for decades. Furthermore, furnishings are a work of art as it comes from handy work of local artisans and Murano glass factories. The flat offers a 360° view as it boasts windows on each side and it develops on two levels: the main floor where the living/kitchen areas, the bathroom as well as the bedroom are situated, and the upper floor which hosts a relaxing area and a rooftop terrace. The entrance door gives access to the roomy and luminous living area is decorated with three-colour wallpaper and infused by natural light thanks to four windows. The space also includes a comfy sofa, a television and a tea table. Straight ahead, the wide and functional kitchen completes the area. It has classic style custom-made furniture which includes a slate top and details made of pewter. All appliances and a classy wooden table - which seats four - finish the furnishings. The bathroom with shower and a comfortable bedroom complete the main floor. Here, a double bed, a bridge wardrobe and a couple of reading lights furnish the space which is decorated with floral wallpaper and other decorative elements that recall the thousand-year old relationship existing between Venice and the Far East. The ceiling highlights once again the original structure of the building and a lovely skylight ideally extends the room towards the sky. A stairway made of Venetian grey granite leads to the upper floor where, nestled it the eaves of the roof, an air-conditioned reading area finds place. It represents the ideal place where to relax lay on the sofas. The loft also offers a terrace which overlooks the surrounding roofs and bell towers, among which the S.Maria dei Frari and S.Mark's ones. This sunny area is equipped with fine teak chairs and table for four to enjoy unique breakfasts, sunsets, sunrises or a romantic dining under the stars. The Santa Croce district is the heart of everyday Venice, is the Neighborhood, where Venetians live, far from noisy of touristic flow, but, in the meantime, really close to the main Venetian attractions. Santa Croce district offers a variety of bar, clubs, good restaurants and shops. M0270428520 It is possible to reach the flat by regular water bus getting off at "S.Stae" stop. Here ACTV line number 1 and airport shuttle Alilaguna Orange line stop. This is the closest water bus stop which is located 2 minutes far from the apartment (no bridges to cross). The railway station Venezia-Santa Lucia is easily reachable in only 15 minutes on foot, while Venice bus terminal and parking garages are only 20 minutes far. The apartment has a SUPER WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION 200 MEGA The apartment is decorated with many valuable antique and modern pieces. The owner is delighted to share them with you, but you are asked to respect and take care of them. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is allowed only on the terrace. Benvenuti a casa nostra! Dalla finestra del soggiorno, riposando in casa dopo tanto girovagare per la città, il sightseeing continua.. gondole silenziose sfilano sotto i vostri occhi, e viaggiatori attoniti e raffinati fotografano dal ponte di fronte a voi uno dei bacini d'acqua più ampi della città e il campo più pittoresco. In casa abbiamo non mancano i confort: servizio internet wireless e tv sat, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata, un bagno nuovo e comodo, con grande doccia e vasca idromassaggio, una cucina separata e attrezzata, fornita di lavastoviglie. Noi amiamo davvero vivere in questa zona vicina al Museo di Ca' Pesaro e Palazzo Mocenigo, la Basilica dei Frari, la Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista e il Palazzeto Bru Zane, Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio con i suoi tanti negozi di alimentari, enoteche, ristoranti caratteristici.. Inoltre, è molto comodo scendere dal vaporetto alla fermata di San Stae, (con Alilaguna ci si arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto di Venezia, nessun ponte fino a casa!).Vi aspettiamo!

La nostra casa risale ai primi anni del Cinquecento. Si trova in quello che molti considerano il più affascinante sestiere di Venezia: Cannaregio. Al tuo arrivo capirai che questa non è una "casa per turisti", ma un vero rifugio curato con amore. Nonostante sia vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni di Venezia, si trova in un contesto tranquillo dove vivono ancora molti veneziani. L'ingresso indipendente si affaccia sul canale. Ma ciò che ti conquisterà è il suo bel giardino con vasca Jacuzzi!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
