Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Duplex next door to The Townhouse. If you want the best location Murfreesboro has to offer, look no further. Perfectly situated in the heart of down town, only a few minutes walk to local eateries and historic downtown. Full of outdoor activities and adventure. 3 miles from Crater of Diamonds State Park. We have free mining equipment with all rentals. Stop by Off Grid next door for a visit and free bag of ice. We also have additional mining equipment for rent. We have a NO PET policy

Punkins Place

Punkin's Place is newly renovated with modern conveniences, but keeps the feel of family history. It sits on a one-acre lot with beautiful shade trees. We offer a fenced in sitting area in the back with a fire pit for relaxing. We are just a block off the square and its restaurants, shops, and putt-putt golf. It is two miles to Crater of Diamonds State Park, six miles to beautiful Lake Greeson and SWAHA Marina, one mile to KA-DO-HA Indian burial mounds and the Little Missouri River.

A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring in this clean, cozy, newly remodeled, 100 year old house. 2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.
