Cương and his family are so kind and lovely. The room he provided was cute with a little windows to the rice field view. the heater mattress was a big plus for the cold weather in Sapa. We were lucky to be there in Tet holiday. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover Ta van by walking!

We loved our stay in this beautiful chalet overlooking the mountains. The views were incredible and the garden around the house was lovely! One thing to note for anyone considering staying here is that it is a 30-45 min drive from town - the roads are very rough from the recent typhoon. Other than that, this place was perfect :) Thankyou again for all your help Huyen with finding taxis for our group of six and to Sung for his help with our suitcases.

Il est inconcevable de visiter le Vietnam sans venir rendre visite à Zer et son mari Zang. Ils incarnent toutes les valeurs de ce magnifique pays à la perfection. D’une gentillesse inégalable, Zer a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous… Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le bel et propre Homestay et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Zer et Zang proposent également de cuisiner des menus vietnamiens traditionnels et ils nous ont même fait l’honneur de manger avec nous. Nous avons passé deux soirées extraordinaires en leur compagnie. D’autre part, Zer a été notre guide pour le trekking autour de Sa Pa. Elle nous a fait découvrir des sentiers incroyables où nous avons eu la chance d’admirer des paysages époustouflants et surtout, en étant tout seuls… ce qui était plus qu’appréciable ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander le Homestay chez Zer et Zang et surtout de vivre cette immersion avec cette famille vietnamienne formidable dans leur culture locale.

The room had a fabulous view into the valley, was clean and convenient. This is a hotel with very nice and helpful staff. You can buy your Fansipan lift & train tickets here to avoid lines. There is an area downstairs where you can rest for hours after checking out of your room. Excellent venue.

Absolutely beautiful view! This homestay is a bit away from Sapa city but it’s worth it. I had the Vietnamese dinner each night and it was delicious and a LOT of food! The room itself is ok. I found some dead bugs and two lizards in mine. Definitely make sure they give your room a good cleaning before you enter. Also bring cash as they don’t accept credit card payments.

We had the most unforgettable stay at So’s place in Sapa. From the moment we arrived, So and her family made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to help with everything—from organizing taxis and recommending local spots to arranging tours around Sapa. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the views… truly out of this world. Waking up to the mountains and rice terraces each morning felt like a dream. The entire property is peaceful, perfectly clean, and the service is exceptional—So was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re heading to Sapa and want a stay that combines incredible scenery, genuine hospitality, and real local guidance, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!

Bellissima esperienza , una oasi di pace e tranquillità nella frenetica città di Sapa. L atmosfera è pacata , serena e mette tranquillità e le ragazze della reception sono state gentilissime con noi permettendoci anche di lasciare gli zaini grandi due giorni in custodia mentre eravamo via per un trekking. Great stay, stunning views and peaceful space to stay. The breakfast is worth to pay and they have very good recommendations to visit. Special mention to Fade, who has been super helpful and made our stay better!

The stay with Jenny was so great. She even booked our sleeper bus going to and from hanoi-sapa. The place was on hilltop, perfect for group vacations and for a peaceful goodnight sleep far from the busy center. Although far from the busy center, the sapa station is walkable under 1 km. They also helped us with our bags/luggage. They gave us a tour cheaper than klook. Thank you, Jenny and Thung.
