Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. There is one bedroom with its own toilet, sofa uses modern mechanism to transform in bed with its own matress in 10 seconds.

Add in the large terrace and even larger garden and you've found your own private tiny paradise!

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

The place offers you peace and rest in a small village in the midst of unspoiled nature with numerous walking or mountain paths (mountain Črna prst 1844 m) We are close to all the sights you would want to visit in this area. There are no additional payments at the accommodation, everything (including tourist tax, use of the washing machine) is included in the price.
