The apartment has a modern bathroom, which was completely renovated in November 2019. All rooms also have a modern Lunos ventilation system. Guests have access to a porch with garden furniture, a large grass garden, children's playgrounds and free parking.

The apartment has a kitchen with a living room with a settee bed with possibility to sleep.
