Our guests visit Ball State, Minnetrista Cultural Center, Downtown shops and eateries, as well as walk or bike to the White River Greenway. Many have participated in Ironman or choose to do an extended stay for work. We are in an urban 4-plex apt. building. Expect to hear noises.

You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
