Muncie: appartamenti vacanze

We really enjoy staying at the Posh Pad, as we do repeatedly when in town to visit our son at IWU. Comfortable space and great price for 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Close to restaurants and grocery/shopping as well.

Keelys place is great! Comfortable clean, she’s responsive, I’m here for work and needed to check in earlier she was flexible and kind enough to let me check in earlier. If I get the chance I’ll definitely stay again

The Student Apt “C” was a very nice place to stay in Marion IN for two nights. We enjoyed a Netflix movie on Saturday night. Would have liked to be able to use the remote control more easily. We could not adjust the volume. We liked the uncluttered decor. We slept well on the queen bed, enjoyed the clean white towels for bathing, the spacious closet for hanging our clothes, the kitchen sink, the microwave and the cooling fridge. The creamers beside the coffee maker curdled in our coffee cups, so we think creamers should be refrigerated. The proximity of the Circle K convenience store was a benefit and the clearly marked out parking space for the unit. And the House Rules page with the recommendation of a top notch Mexican Restaurant not too far from the corner of Washington S and Road 38 was taken up by us. What delicious food! Thanks. Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

I stayed here for a month during work and it was a very nice place to relax. Plus everyone around was super nice, and the restaurant right across the street was good.

I have stayed with Deborah for a couple of my recent visits in the area and have always had a great experience.

Jonathan comes through again!!! As with all his properties (and I've stayed at a few), I found University Suites "B" to be clean, comfortable, and close in proximity to my work at IWU. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient place conducive to getting some work done and relaxing. Everything I needed was provided, and the unit was immaculately clean. If you are ever in Marion and need a place to stay, you won't be disappointed if you reserve one of Jonathan's properties.

Cedric was an excellent communicator. Received very clear instructions a few days in advance regarding check-in. He also made his home phone number available to me if I had any concerns that needed immediate assistance. The house was very clean and spacious for the price paid…tremendous value. Will definitely keep this one on my short list of places to stay when I am in Muncie. Thank you, Cedric!

The Nest was a nice place. I stayed for 3.5 weeks. Close to restaurants and stores. Very convenient location. Caitlin was a really flexible host. I extended my stay twice and it was no issue. Would recommend for anyone needing a long term stay.

Perfect Stay in a Historic Gem! This pristine historic home in Muncie is a true treasure. Beautifully preserved with modern comforts, it was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was exceptional—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. A comfortable, charming retreat I’d happily return to!
