Villa Bonjour si trova sulla prestigiosa penisola di Beacon Hill, nella contea olandese di Sint Maarten. Entrando in Villa Bonjour, si vede subito il Mar dei Caraibi a portata di mano, il blu della piscina, il cielo e il mare. Sala da pranzo interna ed esterna, ampio soggiorno e cucina molto spaziosa con isola. Villa Bonjour si sviluppa su un unico livello di circa 3500 piedi quadrati (circa 320 m²), arredata e attrezzata con gusto. Completamente climatizzata e dotata di ventilatori a soffitto, TV in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno. Ampio tavolo da pranzo interno ed esterno, comodo divano e angolo bar in stile americano vicino alla cucina. Ampia lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice accanto alla cucina. Villa Bonjour è inoltre dotata di un grande generatore di riserva in caso di interruzioni di corrente: in caso di interruzione di corrente, il generatore si attiva e in pochi secondi la corrente viene ripristinata. È disponibile un parcheggio privato per 2 auto, ma sono disponibili anche parcheggi aggiuntivi dall'altro lato della strada. Villa Bonjour offre un accesso diretto e molto privato alla spiaggia di Simpson Bay, a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Simpson Bay Beach è una delle spiagge più lunghe del lato olandese dell'isola. Lungo la passeggiata si trovano bar e ristoranti sulla spiaggia. A pochi passi si trova anche Maho, il cuore dell'isola, con casinò, bar, ristoranti, negozi e molto altro. Non dimentichiamo il famosissimo Sunset Beach Bar, dove tutti i turisti dell'isola si fermano almeno una volta durante il loro soggiorno per ammirare gli aerei atterrare e decollare: questo spettacolo è visibile su tutti i canali YouTube.
