Mullet Bay Beach: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

Très beau séjour dans le logement de Jérôme. Hébergement propre et très agréable avec la piscine. Un des plus beaux endroits où loger sur l’île : sécuritaire, bons petits restaurants à proximité et petite épicerie conviviale. Jerome a répondu très rapidement à nos interrogations. Une mention spéciale à Harold qui nous a très bien accueilli sur place et qui a été aidant tout au long de notre séjour.

Parfait havre de paix pour une semaine parfaite. L’extérieur est très agréable : piscine, transats, fauteuils et tables pour l’ensemble de nos repas. Proche des bons spots St Martinois. À faire ou refaire.

Le logement proposé était fidèle aux photos de l'annonce, avec tout le nécessaire. L'accès est facile. Proche d'équipements intéreesant (parcours sportifs, centre ville, petite crique privée). Ce studio appelle les vacances! ca a été une vraie coupure!

Nous avons adoré ce logement. Il y a une épicerie et une boulangerie à distance de marche. Le site est exceptionnel, calme paisible et sécuritaire. Tout est fonctionnel et bien entretenu dans la maison. Le logement était très propre. Je recommande sans hésitation.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The wide open interior and magnificent glass walls overlooking Marigot Bay made for stunning views both in the day and at night. The Kitchen had all the amenities you could ever want and the host actually stocked some drinks for us. Restaurants are around the corner and if you have a car, everything is easily accessible. A ferry to Anguilla and one to St. Barths both leave from close to where you stay, a five minute walk away. There is a laundry right outside the gate to the premises. The place is very private and the highest point on the entire property. You can use the air con or open up the wide folding door at the front for caribbean breeze. The gate at the top of the driveway is electric. This was an ideal place and we would stay here again. The host Sarah went above and beyond to make us comfortable and was easily accessible. This is a place you should book as it appears to be in high demand. It made this vacation one of our best.

Second time staying and the hosts were awesome as usual, very responsive! We will be back!

We were hopeful that our first stay using Airbnb in St Martin would be okay…It was absolutely a dream! Our friendly host arrived just as we did and our vacation began immediately - the beautiful pool and garden area kept us off the beach that first afternoon. Orient Beach is literally, steps away! The fabulous village restaurants and shops have everything you need or want. The villa was immaculately clean, nicely appointed and had very large rooms. The beds were so comfortable and linens were excellent. While our vacation was sadly cut short due to an emergency at home, we enjoyed every moment here and are planning to return every visit back to beautiful St Martin. Merci beaucoup, Stephane!!

From the very start in our dealings with the owner, this was a wonderful experience. We had to add a day on our stay due to travel issues and the response was quick, pleasant, and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze even with our delay from the airport. The concierge was very accommodating and checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure there weren't any issues. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and quiet. My only complaint was the bed in one of the king rooms had a dip in the middle and made noise every time we moved. I did not mention this to the concierge as I didn't think it was an issue that could've been fixed while we were there, but did mention it while checking out. Certainly, did not ruin our trip and would not deter me from staying here again. One review had mentioned the lack of "starter" items in the property, but we had plenty of everything we needed. Overall, an amazing and positive experience!

J'ai passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement. L'emplacement était idéal pour moi qui recherchait du repos. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en famille. Le logement est retiré tout en étant à proximité d'une zone commerciale et de l'aéroport de Grand Case.

Correspondait aux photos. Lieu très calme et agréable. Très bien équipé aussi. Idéale pour 2 couples et leurs enfants car les salles de bains sont dans les chambres du bas. On a vraiment kiffé le lieu 😊 Ps : lorsque les clims étaient allumées fallait prévoir à vider un petit réservoir j’ai trouvé que c’était dérangeant et pas mentionné. Tout s’est très bien passé je recommande la villa. Pas très loin de l’aéroport grand case et des supermarchés. Les hôtes tjrs disponibles.

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

This place was amazing. It’s literally a beach that’s walking distance and not to far from all the activities that I had planned to do for my birthday. 10/10 highly recommend. I thank you so much for the amazing stay.🥰

The place was very clean and as described in the listing, and convenient to the airport, the beach, good restaurants, etc. Etienne was very responsive and accommodating throughout the booking process and during our stay. He was particularly helpful and understanding when we missed our flight (!) and had to arrive a day late. Would stay again!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Anne-Sophie. Hôte proactive et réactive. Il nous manquait un truc et elle l'a laissé au pas de la porte la journée même. Vidéos et instructions envoyés juste avant l'arrivée qui permettent de se reconnaître facilement. Environnement sécuritaire, et tranquille. La vue est incroyable, j'ai passé mes matins et soirées sur le balcon à regarder la mer, avec le bruit des vagues. Tout juste à côté, un super restaurant à découvrir, avec vue magnifique; le MezzaLuna. Aussi, en face de la rue, à 2 minutes à pied, se trouvent un petit marché, boulangerie, rôtisserie et station service. Un coup de coeur restaurant à essayer tout près; La Cigale. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. À 5 minutes en voiture d'une plage magnifique et intime; Baie Rouge. Espaces de stationnement sécurisé sur place; une voiture est fortement recommandée si vous logez à cet endroit pour se promener et visiter les environs, car la plage sur place n'est pas vraiment baignable.

Love the location. Very quiet and relaxing. View from balcony or pools was spectacular. Felt very safe, 24 hour security. Lots of parking car sheltered from sun. Loved that it was walkable to restaurants and small stores. Also close to Mullet beach. Owner Very prompt to respond. Note you need to provide a lot of the essentials. So bring your own shampoo, soap, lotion,toilet paper ( each bathroom was only provided 2 rolls for a 2 week stay.) soap for washer, garbage bag ( only one extra provided) Having washer was handy and necessary especially since you are only given 1 beach 1 shower towel per person for the entire stay. Knowing all that would still definitely stay again.

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Our Airbnb was exactly what we were expecting. It was cozy and quiet and had the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The outside patio was enclosed and provided an escape from the heat allowing us to enjoy eating meals and reading books while remaining outside. The pool was very clean and refreshing but could have benefited from some umbrellas for shade. The beach area was beautiful to look at but unfortunately the rocks prevented us from swimming. Our fave moment was the view we had outside our window of the beach, mountains and harbour in Marigot. The location provided walkable access to great restaurants along with a french bakery, rotisserie shop and a convenience store. The island has so much to see but arriving to our home base at the end of the day provided us with the tranquility we sought. Elisa was a wonderful host and answered our texts quickly. She had water, coffee and beer available for our arrival. We will return and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.

We loved our stay! It was an incredible location and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets and a lovely view of the bay. We could see fireworks on New Year’s Eve. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location. A lovely spot for a getaway to ‘France’

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We have always stayed at all inclusive resorts. We wanted to try something different but were hesitant about an Airbnb. Patrick's Villa was the first we viewed and nothing that we looked at online left the impression of La voyageur. Between the amazing reviews and beautiful decor, it just felt right. From our arrival, to departure and all the things in between, Patrick was an amazing host. From restaurant reservations to the best beach clubs, we were able to spend each second of our trip experiencing the best St. Martin had to offer. Patrick truly made our experience exceptional not to mention the unique atmosphere this flat provides. Beautiful views in a gated community with the best French cuisine within walking distance, we were truly in our perfect paradise. We purchased a few groceries and cooked a few times but ultimately felt at home. It was so very hard to leave. Thank you Patrick for offering a very special experience that we hope to revisit soon.

Some of the nicest and most accommodating Airbnb hosts I have come across, could not recommend them more, and I will stay here again next time I’m in Saint Martin. The apartment was comfortable and clean, close to several beaches and also very peaceful. Thanks for a great stay.
