Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Trench Farm Cottage. Unique. Quaint. Quiet!

"The Cottage" is situated on my farm. It is very quiet and away from the main road. It is south facing with its own garden area. Looking out the living room window is the garden area , green fields, woodland and a unique view of Knocklayde, the large hill overlooking Ballycastle. The building consists of a small kitchen with fridge, washing machine, gas cooker and sink. There is a door off the kitchen to the outside patio. The living room has a woodburning stove and leads on to 2 bedrooms.

Ideal couples base for exploring the Island

No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

Burnside sits on the edge of a working farm in the Braid Valley. Looking across to splendid views of Slemish mountain, it is 30 mins from Belfast and 4k from the award winning village of Broughshane. The surrounding countryside is perfect for cycling or walking. Renowned golf courses Galgorm Castle & Royal Portrush are nearby.
