Hrafnabjörg 4 - Old-style Unique House

It is a unique character-house right in the middle of Icelandic nature with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and four bedrooms accommodating six to seven people. The rooms are all comfortably furnished and lovingly decorated with details that will let you delve into Icelandic culture and tradition. From every nook, you can experience a beautiful view over the hills and valleys of Eastern Iceland (the windows are a little old, but they will be modernized in the summer).

Ásinn-Brennistaðir 4 is 90m2 house for a group of up to 7 people +crib (year 2025). The house is located in untoucted nature next to a field on Brennistaðir farm, about 20 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Borgarfjörður eystri. The farm is sheep farm. We live about 400 m distance from Ásinn. Fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, spacious bathroom (washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms. Good looking view, cairns, bird live, streams, family-friendly environment in peaceful nature.

Berunes Woodshop-Historic Tiny House by the Fjord

Once our grandfathers´s woodship, now a cozy retreat for travellers seeing something truly different. It´s a character-filled Tiny House, set within the historic Berunes farmstead, adjacent to the original farmhouse, opposite the community church and graveyard. Your nearest neighbor is one of East Iceland´s most celebrated dining experiencve. The Berunes Restaurant (open June - August) serves and ever-changing 4-course dinner menu, paired with Beljandi craft beer and fine wines.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Hof 1, Fellum

Small house 18 kilometers from the town Egilsstaðir. This is a sheep and horse farm and we live in the next house so we are always in the area. Perfect for 3-4 guests who wants to be alone from everything and discover the countryside of Iceland. We have sheeps, icelandic horses, dogs, cats, birds and more and you are welcome to take a look at everything! We recommend that you stay longer than one night.

Cosy cabin for 2 persons with the possibility to have a child up to 6 years with. Each cabin has a queen sized double bed (160cm), a small kitchen with fridge and stoves, shower and WC. Comfortable for a couple, 2 adults or a small family with a young kid. Enjoy a stunning view in a quiet place, 12 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Hallormstaður and Hengifoss.

Set er björt og hlýleg studio íbúð á fyrstu hæð með þrem stökum rúmum sem hægt er að færa saman. Í íbúðinni er eldhúseining ásamt öllu sem þarf til einfaldrar eldunar, baðherbergi með sturtu og notalegum hita í gólfi. Út um glugga og frá palli er útsýni niður að Lagarfljóti og yfir græna grund. Bílastæði rétt utan við dyrnar og gott aðgengi að íbúðinni.

The cottage is located near the owner’s farm with lovely views over the nearby stream to the mountains behind. It is around 12 Km from Egilsstaðir and is well situated for exploring the spectacular nature of East Iceland. The farm offers horse riding.

Lindarbrekka is located 18 km north of Djúpivogur which is a small village on the east side of Iceland. This cottage is located on a farm. All around the property are beautiful landscape such as mountains, waterfalls, ocean etc.

Við-Bót Riverside Cottage

Við-bót is a cottage located 8 km from Egilsstadir, East Iceland. It sits on the banks of Rangá river (where guests can fish for free). The cottage has sleeping facilites for up to five people. Ideal for families or groups.
