Great host. Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. Suitable for family traveling by car cause this place has a big parking lot.

Our apartment had a great view, the bedroom was well insulated from noise and sun, we had a great sleep there!

Nguyen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. He personally picked us up and showed us the apartment, that was excactly like on the pictures and is suitable for longer stays. As we had to work during our stay in Vietnam, we especially enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. To the beach its a short walk of about 5 minutes and to the restaurants about 10 minutes. Sometimes the internet disconnected, but not for a long time, so it was not a big problem. In short, we really enjoyed our stay at Nguyen's apartment and can absolutely recommend him as a host!

I highly recommend Van's place! This was a lovely, peaceful stay and each minihouse bungalow was so cool - fitted with a full kitchen, tv, aircon, big fridge, pots, pans, etc. There is a beautiful inifinty-style pool in the main area and lots of lounge chairs and tables for suntanning and socializing. Small snackbar too. It's a short walk to a beach and the red sand dunes and a 10-minute motorbike ride to the tourist strip. There is also a grocery store within a longer walking distance and a market that sells all types of food and appliances. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and polite and Van herself seems like she is dedicated to ensuring her guests feel happy and more than satisfied.

the apartment is really nice, it was perfect for us to relax. it is located really close to the surf spot and beach. but you need a scooter to get around. we needed to buy a few things like a new cooking pot because the kitchen is not well equipped. it was not obvious to us that you need to pay extra to use the shared pool. Nguyen is a kind and helpful manager. it's with to share a cup of tea with him and exchange stories about life.

Nice scenery and clean surrounding. a little far from the market. Very relaxed location. Host is responsive and helpful. Motorbike rental is available at a reasonable price. The rooms are pretty spacious and can easily sleep 10 people as described.
