Hasret is a wonderful host. What a beautiful place. And the view, 100/10 i must mention. Just a 5 minutes walk to the heart of Bodrum. Superb.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

Gurur Bey’in annesi ve babası Suat Bey tarafından güleryüzle karşılandık. Gerek Gurur Bey gerek ailesi ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her anda anında yardımcı oldular. Gittiğimiz dönemde bölgede 1 gün boyunca fırtına vardı, elektrik kesintisi oldu, onun için şömineyi kullanmamız gerekti. Odun tedariğinde sıkıntı yaşamadık. Komşuları Vahide Hanım’dan da her gün köy yumurtası temin ettik. Kendisi çok hoş sohbet bir hanımefendi. Çok güzel anılar biriktirdiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi oldu bizim için. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Muzaffer Bey çok yardımsever, ev pırıl pırıl, konumu şahane. Sevgi yolunun hemen üzerinde beş dakikada denize ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin yakınında birçok market var. Gürültüsüz, oldukça sakin bir muhitte. İşin en güzeli bahçeye alışkın kediler ve acayip tatlı bir köpek var, arada sizi ziyaret edip plaja kadar eşlik ediyorlar. Çok memnun kaldık :)

We had a great stay at Busra’s place. It was a little hard to find because Google maps took us to the wrong spot just down the road. Other than that the place was perfect and exactly as described.

Datça’daki bu harika sahil evinde çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibimiz Müjgan Hanım bizi çok sıcak ve samimi bir şekilde karşıladı. Kendisi son derece nazik ve ilgili bir kişiydi, her zaman bizimle iletişim halindeydi ve ihtiyaçlarımızla yakından ilgilendi. Ev Datça'nın merkezinde ünlü restoranların bulunduğu sahil şeridinde yer alıyor. Buna rağmen, Datça’nın sakin atmosferi sayesinde, gürültü konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ancak, tamamen sessizlik arayanlar bu konumu biraz hareketli bulabilir. Salon ve geniş balkondan denize karşı muhteşem bir manzara var. Ev oldukça ferah, zevkli bir şekilde döşenmiş ve son derece temizdi. Sonuç olarak: Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Datça’ya gelirsek hiç düşünmeden yine bu evi tercih ederiz. Müjgan Hanım’a buradan bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz!

Yeni yapilmis tertemiz, mandalina bahcesinin girisinde, zeytin agaclrinin altinda cok guzel bir uc gun gecirdik. Annemle beraber kaldigimiz 3 gun boyunca bir aksaklikla dahi karsilasmadik. Onunde masa-sandalyeleri ile her gun kahvaltimizi yaptik ve aksam yemegimizi yedik. Cok yeni yapi oldugu icin her sey de piril piril tertemiz ve duzenliydi. Fazilet hanim ve esi ile de tanistik; cok iyi, sakin insanlar. Mazi koyuna gelmek isteyen herkese ictenlikle oneririm. Yerden bagimsiz, koyde bahceler vs oldugu icin cok fazla sinek var; gelirken bu onleminizi alsaniz iyi okur. Tekrar tesekkurler😊

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

We found Bayram's villa just as described if not better - modern, very spacious, clean and very comfortable for a couple. As stated in previous reviews, the beach is only 300 meters down the hill and Kabak Bay is truly picturesque and much quieter compared to Butterfly Valley or Ölideniz beaches. The bus stop is a few minute walk up the road and buses to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye leave every hour. We absolutely loved our stay here, it was four relaxing days and just what we needed. Bayram is a very kind and responsive host. He kindly agreed for us to check out later and on top of that offered us a free lift to Fathiye where we had to catch a bus to our next destination. We'll definitely come back if we find ourselves in this neck of the woods again. THANK YOU.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Thanks again!

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

Kendi evinizde gibi hissedeceğiniz mükemmel bir ev. Sakin bir site içerisinde, datça merkeze de eski datçaya da arabayla 5-10 dakikalık mesafede harika konuma sahip. Duygu hanım ve eşi çok ilgililer datça hakkında ne nerede yenir nereler gezilir çok faydalı bilgiler verdiler. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz kendilerine, artık datçada da bir evimiz var.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
