Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

Also an ancient architecture. The apartment has a simple, modern design. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from house to Metro. Дом находятся в центре города, в старом районе Авлабари, рядом с кафедрального собора святой троицы "Самеба". Район колоритный, пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности города и является популярной зоной для туристов. В пару шагах Кафе ресторан с прекрасной грузинской едой и видом на вес Тбилиси, супермаркеты, винный магазины с погребом старый рынок со свежими фруктами и овощами. Очень тихий район. Парковка на улице бесплатное.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.

House at Gogebashvili 38 is ideal place to host big group of guests traveling together. House can accommodate upto 25 people. This place has spacious hall, with dining area, fireplace, billiard table, grand piano and adjacent kitchen. It is especially comfortable and welcoming due to outdoor sitting areas where guests can relax and dine together. There are 10 bedrooms in the house, with bathrooms, ACs.
