We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

This custom home has a huge living & dining space, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 King primary w/private bath), gorgeous kitchen & a screened in porch that will leave you speechless. That is just on the inside. The outside has ample seating for enjoying cocktails or coffee, plenty of room for cornhole/grilling & a spectacular fire pit. A quick ride to the OBX or a few miles from world class duck hunting.
