Covered 2 slip boat dock w/new stairs down to the dock/kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom/3 bath on 7 acres w/new flooring thru out w/gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player/dvds. This home does not have wifi. Secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. The Good Life Lakehouse Lake Access & White River

The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs.
