Gisele and her property manager were promptly responsive. The cottage was extremely clean, newly decorated and well appointed. The layout was very comfortable for our family of four. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. The only negatives were: If not taking the trolley or golf cart, the closest pool was a half mile walk with no parking available. The further pool did have parking. Also, no outside water source/hose to rinse off. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Wells beaches were beautiful with easy, affordable parking. Overall a wonderful stay in Wells!

Very nice place to stay right by South Peak. Whole place very clean and great amenities. Rick was extremely kind and helpful, above and beyond as a host!

First time staying at Scott’s NH North Conway home, and it went very well. He and his team were very responsive to any questions I had and the area was a short drive away. The location of the house was a little confusing to find at first but once we realized it was tucked away, the check in process was easy. The house was great for what we needed for the stay. Thanks!

The Best palace

Loved our stay here in Wolfeboro. Such a beautiful home and property. The added touch of games, toys, and books made it so comfortable and relaxing that we hardly needed to leave the house. Would love to come back again someday!

Rick was an exceptional host. This is I believe our third or second time staying at one his places and we of course loved it! Rick was very good about messaging us to make sure we were all checked in and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay with Rick again and recommend him to our loved ones and friends! Definitivamente volvería , mis hijos disfrutaron mucho , por la lluvia no pudimos hacer mucho afuera , pero dentro del complejo puedes estar tranquilo y a la vez divertirte con los juegos y en la piscina.

Incredibly clean, modern, and everything you would need. Host was extremely responsive, proactive, and helpful. Beds and linens were very comfortable, everything looked brand new. My family of 4 enjoyed 2 nights, no complaints.

We had a great long weekend at Northern Lights! The space is very clean and comfortable, making the most of every square foot. When we had a hot water issue, Sal was on the scene within minutes to fix the problem. Would definitely stay again!
