We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage at Celestine House. Chris welcomed us when we arrived, showed us around and then brought us a beautiful Devonshire tea. The cottage was lovely, with a cosy living area, great fire, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and peaceful surrounds. We loved relaxing each night in the big spa too. Breakfasts in the dining room were served as soon as we sat down and each time were generous and delicious, and we really enjoyed our morning chats with Chris. The location was great and central to Castlemaine, Maldon and Daylesford. This is the sort of place we would love to come back to some time. Thanks for your hospitality Chris, and all the best.

Neal was a great host from check in to check out! All the thoughtful extras were appreciated. The cottage felt very welcoming and homely on arrival and throughout our stay. A beautiful base to travel within the Central Goldfields region. Neal's knowledge of the area and recommendations were appreciated as we were able to visit some of these places which we enjoyed.

What a beautiful place to stay for a few nights. Close to Daylseford and Kyneton which are lovely to visit, all while staying somewhere very peaceful and quiet. We loved it here, there are kangaroos everywhere. The house is very well fitted out, warm with a lot of room. We loved the pizza that Stephanie made us. Our dog really enjoyed the walks - one thing for all dog owners to note is the very safe and secure yard around the house. Our dog was able to wander around without us having to worry about her getting out of the yard! We will definately be back.

Henry’s cottage was a delight to stay at. An amazing place to stay with my Husband and 2yo. My son loved the trampoline, toys and swing set! We didn’t even need to go anywhere to entertain him. My dogs also had a relaxing stay being able to roam the backyard and feel right at home.

Easily most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail is so well thought out. As soon as we walked in we felt immediately relaxed. The amenities are on par with a high end hotel and it was super clean. Niama’s communication and recommendations are top tier. We’ve already recommended this stay to all of our friends and will definitely be returning.

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

We were looking for a place close to Malmsbury as we were attending a wedding there. Taradale was only a few minutes drive away and the cottage itself was perfect. Miranda was super helpful, very friendly and provided all the relevant information plus some very thoughtful extras like accommodating an early check in for us so we could get ready for the wedding. The cottage itself was roomy, quaint and very clean and tidy. Bonus points for the 3 gorgeous llamas that were located just beside the cottage! Could easily have stayed more than one night, highly recommend to other travellers. Thank you Miranda for a truly lovely stay.
