Willkommen bei 'Carl & Marie' in Seenähe (DG)

Unser Haus wurde 1897 von unseren Ururgroßeltern Carl & Marie erbaut und wurde in den letzten Jahren von meiner Familie saniert. Es liegt in Storkow, einer brandenburgischen Kleinstadt, 60 km südöstlich vom Berliner Stadtzentrum. Das Haus hat zwei getrennte Wohnungen, eine im Erdgeschoss und eine im Dachgeschoss, die separat vermietet werden. Dies ist das Inserat für die Dachgeschosswohnung. Werden beide Wohnungen gemietet, können sie über eine Tür im Erdgeschoss miteinander verbunden werden.

Die Maisonette Wohnung ist direkt am malerischen Teupitzer See gelegen. Das moderne Wohnhaus wurde 2017 fertiggestellt und wird somit höchsten Wohnansprüchen gerecht. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch das neue Mobiliar sowie der vielen Lichtquellen aus, die dazu beitragen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen. A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.
