Helen Margaret had a lovely home. It was very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen had all the appliances and tools needed to have some home cooked meals. We enjoyed coming home each evening to just relax after a day of adventure. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

A beautiful haven among the trees and the birds. Ina was so welcoming and helpful and we felt very at home. The kids loved the garden with the trampoline and rope swing. It's been our favourite Air B&B of the trip!

One of the best beachside places in the world that I have ever stayed at - and I’m nearly 54 - so I’ve stayed at a few!!

We will definitely be back. We loved staying at Jill's place. Clean, tidy, pictures match reality and has everything you need. We stayed for three nights with 4 adults a three year old and a baby. The two master bedrooms and two bathrooms mean there is space for all. The sleep out is a nice added bonus. The outside areas (there are three to choose from!) encourage outside dining and socialising. Multiple places for wine and cheese in the afternoons. We also loved that there is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge and the kitchen was fully functional and user friendly. The BBQ worked well and the swing ball outside was much loved by our three year old. Within walking distance you can reach the water front, tennis courts, local bars and the camp ground that has a new playground. Jill is a super responsive proactive host. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

A wonderfully unique property in a beautiful location. We had a brilliant stay with our family at this homely and picturesque spot. There were great places to eat and drink within walking distance too. We would love to return one day!

Had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely/ beautifully presented and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect too, nice and central, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I’d definitely love to stay again. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming experience!

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

Beautiful period cottage in central Nelson. A fabulous place to stay - quiet but near restaurants and town centre. We loved our stay at Jason’s place. Highly recommended

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Great walkability, squeaky clean, and excellent communication. The space was beautiful, well equipped and organized, and the reserved parking was such a great perk. Absolutely lovely place to stay for Nelson, close to everything, in such a quiet building.

Wir fühlten und sofort heimisch in dieser sehr sauberen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Alles ist schnell erreichbar, zum Flughafen könnte man sogar laufen, wenn man nicht einen schweren Koffer hätte. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es sehr ruhig. Der Pool war noch in Betrieb und wurde ausgiebig genutzt, da er auch gleich gegenüber der Wohnung liegt.

Great place to stay. We were a group of 9 and we all had plenty of space. The location is a short walk to a Four Square and the Māpua wharf where there are plenty of eateries to choose from and lovely artisan and gift stores. Jane was a great host who communicated well and provided local recommendations. Would happily stay here again.

It felt like home very quickly. Comfy beds. Beautiful period rural house in a large garden with mature trees. Easy to find a quiet spot under a tree to read a book. Plenty of parking. A good kitchen and laundry. Fresh plums and heaps more in a welcome hamper. The cats were adorable. They called by for some food and a pat a few times a day and then disappeared into the garden. Too many pluses to mention (and we stay in a lot of airbnbs). Negatives which are hardly worth mentioning would be road noise - not too bad and you don't notice it after day 1 - and the kitchen knives were not terribly sharp.

Wir hatten auf unserer Reise durch ganz Neuseeland einige Unterkünfte - die von Tim und Michelle gehört zu den allerbesten. Die Unterkunft ist Tip Top in Ordnung, man hat alles was man braucht (und noch viel mehr): von der Küchenausstattung, den Spielen, den outdoorrmöglichkeiten (freie Fahrräder und Kajaks) sowie der persönlichen Beratung zu möglichen Aktivitäten in der Gegend. Fantastic historical home in a quiet area, walking distance to many parks, restaurants, and shops. Clean and comfortable and full of character. Everything you need for a lovely stay plus some special touches that really made it feel like a home away from home. Cozy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy too. Perfect base for exploring Nelson!

We loved our stay at Golden Bay Lodge in our private Bach accommodation. Perfect location half way along Golden Bay to access all its treasures & experiences. Super close to Mussel Inn for an awesome night out. Would definitely return to Golden Bay Lodges, especially for the Spa at night under the stars with moonrise & incredible sunrises across Golden Bay 🤩

Our stay at Diane’s place was fantastic. The home is beautiful, very cute and had everything we needed. Diane is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed for a full week and used the house as a base to explore Nelson and surrounds, Havelock (where we took a boat into the Sounds and Blenheim / wineries. After a day exploring, and some days when we didn’t leave the house, we lapped up the views and quiet time - card games, reading, cooking, drinking great NZ wine. The sauna and wood fired hot tub was amazing especially when the skies were clear. The views are spectacular! The drive up the hill is as described (terrifying in the wild wind and rain we had!). Make sure you book a 4WD or an all wheel drive as NZ weather is famously unpredictable. Great hosts who thought of all the small touches and were super responsive.
