The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

A choice of cafes, restaurants, beach or estuary walkways and cycle paths are within minutes of the gate.

We welcome you to our peaceful retreat: a modern, spacious guesthouse in Lower Moutere. The perfect base from which to explore the region, just five minutes from Motueka township, 20 mins from Kaiteriteri and 500 metres from the Great Taste Trail. Relax in style with peace and privacy and a view of lush, expansive gardens. You'll have ample parking for cars and bikes, access to Wi-Fi and smart TV, comfortable beds, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Tranquility at its best, our super colourful studio sits next to our cottage with a fence providing privacy and faces a peaceful reserve leading down to the beach , swimming is tide dependent .Spectacular views of Tasman Bay and walking distance to the saltwater baths, the mariner coffee cart and Toad hall which won NZ cafe of the year 2024 .A five-minute drive to the Motueka township and a 20-minute drive to The beginning of The Abel Tasman National Park

Stylish modern two bedroom upstairs apartment in the heart of Motueka. Full kitchen for dining in , Or take a short walk to many restaurants outside your front door. . Lounge and dining room , fire place , Smart tv , Master bedroom with King size bed Linen sheets , bathrobes provided . Second bedroom has 2 single beds also bathrobes . Our apartment has a large outdoor deck 10 mins drive to Kaiteriteri beach, 15 mins to the Abel Tasman National Park.

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Make your cuppa and wander out to the beach reserve directly from the deck to take in the fresh air and views. Head out for the day to experience the many outdoor pursuits on offer in our area and at the days end, barbeque on the deck as you watch the moon rise over the water.
