This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.
