It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

Stylish 3rd Floor 2 bedroom in the heart of Nottingham city centre. Perfect for access to the city for leisure or for longer stays being very near to the University. Nice balcony, great for sitting out. Fully equipped kitchen with Coffee Machine. Bedrooms are both a great size and both have an ensuite shower - one has a desk to work from. Located in the south-after Lace Market area of the city, everything right on your doorstep.

Modern studio in a listed building in the centre of Nottingham. It is 100m from the Victoria Shopping Centre, 100m from Market Square and close to all public transport. The studio is equipped with a kitchen, including hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. There is a smart 40" 4k TV, double bed, bar table and ensuite bathroom. The studio is to the rear of the building and therefore a bit quieter than those at the front.
