The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Jersey Cottage provides a fabulous, contemporary, and open plan space with 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

With wide views of the beach and sea, this superb penthouse is mere minutes walk from the beach. Recently built the property has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and features 3 ground floor bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all tastefully styled and luxuriously kitted out. On its top floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room gives plenty of space for socialising, and sliding doors open the space outside to its two large terraces, one to the side and one to the front.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

This unique studio flat is set in an apartment complex within large gardens. It is a short walk to the Cornish Arms pub and the village of St Merryn. Padstow and the many beautiful beaches known as 'the Seven Bays' are all a short drive away. This apartment has undergone a recent renovation. The new kitchen is fitted with a full sized oven, a hob, microwave and fridge. The main space is divided into a bed and lounge area with a smart TV and wifi. The bathroom has a walk in shower.
