The pictures do no justice to how cozy and comfortable this house truly is. We didn’t want to leave. The house alone is the vacation. And the neighborhood is amazing. Grocery store, coffee shop, brunch spot, bars, pizza, ice cream and a track all within walking distance. The host is experienced and professional as well. Always attentive and accommodating which made me feel like I was on a resort. Loved that extra touch.

We had a wonderful stay! It is a beautiful home and accommodated my family for Christmas, to include my grandpup! We enjoyed walking to the park, restaurants, and shopping. They were always available if I had a question. We appreciated all the high end cooking essentials for our Christmas dinner. Would definitely stay again! Loved all the extra little touches throughout the house! Thank you!

Excellent stay for family trip (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 grandparents) to area to visit family. House... Lots of room to spread out where everyone had their own space. Lots of amenities, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, amazing game selection, more TVs than we could count! Some minor wear and tear/deferred maintenance on house and furniture which did not bother us, but if you are someone that wants a pristine property, this may not be a good fit. Entire house was very clean. Good wifi. Location... very convenient for us. About 30-60 minutes from ATL and downtown; 10 min from Marrietta, 2-2 1/2 hours from Birmingham, AL. House in flight path of regional airport, so you do get noise overhead. In a quiet neighborhood (not a through street) which was nice for us. Felt very safe as well. Communication... excellent communication, clear instructions, super friendly hosts. We all agreed we would stay there again if we come back any time soon!!

Omg where do i begin, Dominic and his Wife are the nicest, sweetest couple I’ve ever met . The homes are beautiful. They have been working with me and my family on finding the perfect spot for my family reunion since January. I know we stressed them Out lol. They were definitely patient with us and satisfied all Put needs if we had a question they responded right back . Their homes are everything they described. Me and my family fell In love with them. If we , when we come back to Atlanta we will definitely contact Dominic again.

Where do I even start ?!?! This place is perfect when travelling to Atlanta with big family. I came down for my birthday and I was more than satisfied. Everyone had their own bed and was comfortable, every bathroom was accommodating & the basement was to die for! 10/10 worth every single penny. Communication was spot on and I felt safe with my family staying there. The architecture was all we couldn’t talk about I mean very classy , whoever is in charge of the interior design really has an eye. If you’re reading my review you need to be booking this place immediately after! You will not be disappointed ❤️ Abraham & Dj amazing thank you guys.

The host are amazing. We had booked another home for our trip but upon getting there to inspect, their was no running water. We booked this home at 10 pm at night and they responded quickly and allowed me and my family to book their home so we wouldn't be without somewhere to stay. Everything was as described, we felt at home, and when we needed them they always responded very quickly!! The neighborhood was awesome and close to restaurants and shopping areas. We would definitely book again!

Nice and spacious place! We comfortably fit 3 couples here for a weekend trip. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Newnan GA, which has great places to eat and is nice to walk around.

Such an awesome house. Loved it. And priced so good. It was nice with how expensive everything is to get a great deal on such a great place.

To my surprise the place was nicer than I thought it had everything we needed close to the hospital we frequented It was a great stay

The home was perfect for the family gathering. They loved the pool table and the movie room in the basement.

Dear Arthur...your place is incredibly awesome! It was perfect for our out-of-town guests and everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed BEING AT the house as opposed to going out. The vinyl collection was great, the game room was fantastic, my friends said the beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated with fun art and furniture. Next time we need an Airbnb for out-of-town friends, I will not hesitate to recommend this house. I've mentioned to my friends and neighbors the same. This place is a GEM!!!!

Shamille’s place was an awesome stay for a great price very close proximity to so many things in the city. Our group of 8 comfortably enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely book again. 10/10!

My family LOVED the home. It is fairly a newer home for the hosts so there was minor fixable issues, but those issues didn’t affect how me and my family loved the home and still enjoyed our time here. From the reservation, during the stay, and until the end…Marlon & Emmett’s communication was amazing. They were always present when needed. This is my 1st time in Atlanta and they too are super helpful when I asked for suggestions of places to visit in the area. Thank you so much you two. My family and I have enjoyed my stay in Atlanta and if I ever decide to come back, you most definitely will be the 1st hosts I come looking for.

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our extra large family—kids, grandparents, and all! The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had plenty of seating and space around it for relaxing or watching the kids splash around. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for our big group easy, and the dining and living areas gave us all room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and attractions. We made unforgettable memories here and are already talking about booking our next stay. Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation! Jay is absolutely amazing as a host!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Extremely nice home in a great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Meticulously clean and had everything to be like home away from home. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay again.
