Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle.
