Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The Garden View Villa is a light filled ground floor studio (38sqm) with self check in. Equiped with it's own kitchenette and patio, the villa is a perfect get away or place to stay while you explore the Mornington Peninsula. Please note, check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check-in/late check out is available for a fee. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
