This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.

It is sunny, spacious and comfortable. Access is private and you have sole use. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.
