Please note, while this does have heating, and does stay pretty cool in the Summer, it doesn’t have Air Conditioning. Otherwise great year round spot!

Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
