Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Great place to stay just off the beaten path. Mostly secluded, from the back porch there’s nothing but trees so you feel like you’re in the woods.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

The host, Ken, was extremely friendly and communicated early and when relevant. The home was described accurately, looked excellent upon arrival and a nice setup. There was a lovely welcome packet with great information and clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
