Enjoy days on the lake with your own dock and a relaxing evening around the firepit or in the brand new hot tub. You're on lake time with a main bedroom and fully equipped kitchen on level 1 plus 2 additional bedrooms, a bar, and bunk bed on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won't miss the gorgeous sunset! We loved this house so much after staying here -we bought it! :-)

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.
