This beautiful building is situated in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale, the market square. The sitting room is stylish, comfortable and is ideal for relaxing after long walks on the nearby fells. The kitchen is well equipped and provides a good space for serving up hearty meals. The spacious master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed and an adjoining first-class bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There are interesting and individual shops, cafes and restaurants in which are just minutes’ walk away.

Our self-catering flat is in arguably the most charming and interesting part of the city - right next to Lancaster Castle - in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but take a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re at the heart of town. We welcome people looking for a peaceful, quiet stay in this historic area. IMPORTANT - the nature of our property, and the limits of our insurance, mean, regretfully, we are unable accommodate children below nine years, nor accept pets. Strictly NON-SMOKERS only.

The Mount is a newly refurbished stylish apartment that is part of No 10 Mount Pleasant, a former private girls finishing school. Mount Pleasant and The Mount building is over 200 years old. Situated in Kendal town centre (there's a two minute walk down the hill into town) the Mount is surrounded by local greens and parkland and to the west of the building boasts a beautiful golf course, fell and woodland for keen walkers. Within 100 meters there is a welcoming traditional drinking pub.

View to the Fells is a two bedroom apartment over two floors situated minutes from the centre of Ambleside. Views to Loughrigg Fell and the Fairfield Horseshoe dominate with the rooftops of Ambleside below. The Coniston Fells are also clearly visible (weather permitting). The apartment faces south west and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen; just the place to sit and relax after a day on the fells , so makes the most of the sunsets.

Guests get full use of the large garden and woodland to take in the stunning view. If travelling by train our advice would be get a taxi from the station as can be difficult to find on foot . Guests are welcome to park up as early as you want before check in or drop luggage off in a safe place,but please let us know in advance.
