The flat was so comfortable, and the ornaments & artwork really made it feel like a home. Lynne had thoughtfully left essentials in the fridge, plus some treats, which was very kind. Being able to look out on the harbour and to sea was lovely. It's also scarily convenient for the Harbour Lights Cafe (scary if you're watching your weight!) All in all, a wonderful, relaxing stay. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful stay here, veey fresh and modern feeling caravan in a quiet and cosy location. The view is lovely and the little welcome treats a nice little touch. Super comfy bed, everything you can think of, had a small issue but it waw fixed within the hour- top hosts, I would definately stay again

Absolute beautiful Caravan perfect location beautiful surroundings would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful or activity break what to do in the area also perfect for those who are working or seeing loved ones by RAF Lossiemouth

Everything about this property is perfect. It strikes the fine balance of feeling lived in, amazingly well equipped and yet perfectly set up for hosting families throughout the year. We all felt instantly ‘at home’ the kids included which meant we could make the most of some frankly unusual scottish weather of 4 days of no rain or clouds. The kitchen and lounge and deck were my personal favourites - amazing space to cook, socialise, relax and read. The backdrop of the trees and river right at the garden edge was mesmerising. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained, its clear its a family home rather than a stock airbnb business which meant many of the kitchen goods, decor and general fittings and fixtures were all premium quality further adding to the sense of luxury and value for money. Lara was a lovely host, really responsive and we loved the welcome pack. We’d saved up for this joint family trip and because of all of the above its been epic. Thank you 🙏❤️

Ann was a fantastic host, kept in touch regarding check in. Extremely clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped caravan. Very close to the beach and the onsite amenities. Short drive to the East beach area of Lossiemouth. We had a fantastic few days.

Fantastic chalet/static caravan (if you’re old school like me 😉) in a quiet park in beautiful Boat of Garten. Chalet was immaculate and really well equipped from Smart TV to tea, coffee and shower gel (not at all Air BnB’s). Good shower and all round well equipped little space ideal for 3 or 4 (family basically) with easy access to Boat of Garten woods and bike pump track and close to Aviemore if you want more than local shop, pub and restaurant (all very good!). Gill and Brian were very friendly and responsive with my queries and would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful cabin, with all the extras and amenities you need. fantastic location, with loch morlich on your doorstep, and Cairngorm Mountain a short drive away. Very accommodating and welcoming hosts. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back!

A lovely cosy cottage with everything that was needed to make us feel right at home. The dogs were made to feel very welcome too. Excellent location right on the sea front. Sue was most friendly and helpful even letting us sit out front on their bench looking out to sea! We would most definitely stay there again!
